ConusAI Template Licence 1.0 -- PLACEHOLDER, NOT A LICENCE YET
This file is a placeholder. The text of the ConusAI Template Licence has not been decided: counsel has
not reviewed it and nobody has signed it (plan item AT-O2). Nothing below grants a right, and nothing
below is a promise of one.
Which files this is about
-------------------------
The files listed in TEMPLATE-FILES, and the @conusai-kit/* packages this template installs, are the
ConusAI Template. Each of them names its licence as
SPDX-License-Identifier: LicenseRef-ConusAI-Template-1.0
(a file that cannot hold a comment, such as JSON, is listed in TEMPLATE-FILES instead). That identifier
points at this file. Everything else is not covered by it:
- modules/**, and anything else you wrote, is yours and carries your licence (see LICENSE).
- @conusai-sdk/* packages are Apache-2.0; their licence travels with each package.
- Third-party software keeps its own licence (see THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES).
The terms for the template's files, until counsel decides
---------------------------------------------------------
All rights reserved by ConusAI. Use of the template and the kit is by licence on request, in writing.
No customer delivery of the template or the kit happens before the text of this licence is decided and
signed.
Intended outline (for counsel; not binding, and subject to change)
--------------------------------------------------------------------
The commercial intent recorded in the plan is that a customer may use and modify the template for its
own applications, on any host, perpetually, and may not resell the template as a template. The wording,
the warranty and liability clauses, the termination rules and the governing law are counsel's.
When counsel has decided, this file is replaced by the licence text, and nothing else in the layout
changes: the header, TEMPLATE-FILES and the package licence fields already point here.
