AGENTS.md above is the contract for every coding agent (Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode and people). This file only adds what is specific to Claude Code:

• .claude/settings.json pre-approves the gate commands, refuses reads of .env files and asks before a push, a migration run, or an edit of conusai.json, migrations/ or CI. Keep it committed; personal overrides go in .claude/settings.local.json, which git ignores.
• After every edit a hook formats the file with Biome (scripts/agent-format.mjs), so pnpm lint reports real problems, not whitespace.
• The fix-support-report skill is the procedure for work that starts from a customer support report: run it when a task brief says it came from a support conversation.
